Red Bull Music Academy teams up with local collectives Yard and Free Your Funk for a wide-ranging celebration of French hip hop. Pioneers of the scene will perform side-by-side with today’s cream of the crop in a special event format at la Gaîté lyrique that combines multiple elements of the artform: we’ll shine a light on some of France’s finest beatmakers and their priceless contributions to the culture, give a platform to a few of the most spellbinding MCs, and bring together a rotating cast of live performers.
